How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the products purchased and other relevant information.

Can I modify or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Modifications or cancellations are possible only if the order has not yet been processed. Please email us at info@dyne.fit as soon as possible with your specific requests, whether to modify or cancel the order. We will inform you whether the modification or cancellation is feasible. If not, you still have the right to return the order at no cost.

How do I use a promo code with my order?

You can apply a promo code during the checkout process.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

No, you can only use one discount code per order.

Shipping & Delivery

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer shipping via PostNL and DHL direct to your home. You can see the specific delivery method and its cost during the checkout process.

What are the shipping costs for orders?

Shipping costs vary by location: €6.45 for the Netherlands (free over €50), €10.50 for Belgium, Germany, and France (free over €80), and €12.50 for the United Kingdom (free over €100). These costs will be confirmed during checkout.

How long does the delivery of my order take?

Orders placed before 6pm CET are shipped the same day and typically arrive within 2 working days. You can view specific delivery times during checkout.

Do you offer international shipping, and what are the costs?

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Germany, France, the UK, and Belgium. If you're outside these countries and wish to order, please contact us at info@dyne.fit.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor its delivery status.

How are the products packaged for shipping?

Each product is placed in an individual product bag, and then shipped in a shipping bag made of PE material. We strive for climate-friendly practices by minimizing packaging.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at returns@dyne.fit within 7 days of delivery. Provide as much detail as possible including what is wrong, your order number, and contact information.

Returns & Refunds

How does your returns policy work?

You have the option to return your products free of charge. Simply notify us of your return within 14 days by emailing returns@dyne.fit, including your details, the products, your order number, and your preferred method of refund. We will then provide you with the shipping instructions. Once we receive the products, we will process the return, and upon approval, issue the refund in your preferred method. Please note that the products, including packaging, labels, and hang tags, must be in original condition.

Do you offer the possibility to return products after the 14-day period?

Generally, returns after the 14-day period are not accepted. However, we understand that circumstances may vary, and we're happy to accommodate our customers' needs. Please email returns@dyne.fit with your reasons for the delayed return notification, along with your details, the products, your order number, and your preferred method of refund.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

No, all products can be returned.

How can I return a product that was damaged or defective upon arrival?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at returns@dyne.fit within 7 days of delivery. Provide as much detail as possible including what is wrong, your order number, and contact information.

Is it possible to exchange a product for a different size or color? How long does it take for an exchange to be processed?

Yes, exchanges are possible. Simply email returns@dyne.fit within 14 days. In your email, please include your details, order number, and what you would like to exchange for. Once everything is clarified, we typically process exchanges within 1 working day.

Do I have to pay for the shipping costs when returning a product?

No, if you notify us of your return within 14 days in the correct manner.

How can I track the status of my return shipment?

We will keep you informed via email once we have processed your return.

What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation of my return registration?

We always send a confirmation email. If you haven't received anything, please send an email to returns@dyne.fit.

Sizing

How do I determine the right size for myself?

Finding the right size can be challenging. That's why we provide a size chart with almost every product. Additionally, each product description includes the size worn by the model along with their height. For more detailed guidance, we've also written a blog post on sizing.

Are the sizes you use standard or do they vary by product?

Our sizes are standard EU sizes, however, the fit may vary from slim-fit to regular-fit depending on the product.
